  14. I have a SupraFaxModem 28.8i.  When I upload or download from AOL my cps
  15. are around 1600-2000.  But, in Pipeline, my ISP, they transfer at the
  16. correct rates of 3000-3300 cps.  My Initialization string is the same in
  17. both - AT&F2S95=1.  I've also downloaded the latest flasher
  18. V1.300-13-V34_DP and saved to NVRAM.  Any suggestions?
